This classic charter boat’s name derives from the Greek phrase “the best” and that is Ariston’s focus on all charters. The interior is immaculate and the service is professional and friendly. Ariston offers a large layout providing passengers a free and open space to network and socialise.
The top deck provides an al fresco area to enjoy the summer breeze and admire the stunning views of Sydney Harbour.

She boasts a versatile layout, which can be changed to suit many needs. Ariston’s large inside and outside allows up to 30 guests for a sit-down dinner, or up to 58 guests standing.

A recent multi-million dollar refurbishment has created an amazing vessel with brand new leather fittings on every level, newly heightened ceiling on the second level, with two full functioning bars, several lounge areas, 5 twin single bedrooms and a back deck that can fit up to thirty people. Below on the third level are five modern and stylishly decorated twin single bedrooms.

No BYO beverages on Fridays and Saturdays in December

Wharf Fees – $50 per stop

Staffing Fees
$250 per wait staff for a 4 hour charter ($50 each additional hour)
1 x wait staff per 10 guests

BYO Charters
BYO charters are by application only
BYO Beverage Surcharge: $20 per person
$250 BYO food  with no use of the galley. Fridge storage permitted
$400 to byo with a pre organized galley manager to warm up pre prepared pre-cooked dishes. (This is not a chef)
No BYO beverages on Fridays and Saturdays in December

Chef Fee 
All charters will attract a chef charge of $300 that are up to a 4 hours in charter duration. 

Footwear: Flat soft sole shoes preferred. Strictly no stiletto heels

Please Note: 
A list of all BYO beverage must be given in advance of delivery to the Vessel to avoid over ordering.
Leftover beverages will be given a reasonable time slot to re box and transport ( 20 minutes ) off the vessel.
Excessive handling of beverages will incur a handling fee of $200.
