You are probably one of them, but check if her mother is coming. Or anyone else who would need special attention or can help you with something else.

She can help you understand the base budget to start your plan. The communication with the others guests will give you a final number. As a start, it is good to have an idea.

Some brides can’t cope with a crowded club in the city or will hate to be in the middle of nowhere jumping from a platform. Or she can’t imagine a stripper and her mother-in-law in the same room. So yes, better to check first and don’t have any nasty surprises on the date.
