But be warned spots fill up quickly. Their full degustation menu changes according to seasons and market availability. It costs $250 per person and for the atmospheric beverage pairing with each meal, it’s another $170 on top.

The cute name originated from an old fable about a disguised Jade Emperor rescuing a helpless rabbit.
