Platinum Package Bookings

You can book any package if you have less than the minimum guest numbers, but you do have to meet the minimum spend. For example, The Platinum Package has a minimum of 15 guests at $195pp, if you have 12 guests, you will still need to cover 15 x $195pp = $2925. This is before any extras, such as drink upgrades or decorations.

Why does Silver Spirit have minimum numbers? She is a larger, more luxurious boat, and thus has higher running costs to cover.

Each package is for a specific boat. Make sure you have a good idea of your guest numbers and if your guests are committed or not. Once you have paid a deposit for a package, you are entering into an agreement to honour that booking. You will not be able to change boats once you’ve confirmed and paid the deposit.

No. Either all of the group have the drinks upgrade or none. If there are guests that want to purchase a spirit drink on the day they can do so themselves. We can accept cash/card payments on board.

The packages are a set price, and there are no discounts for non-drinkers. When booking, please advise if you have pregnant guests attending as we supply non-alcoholic sparkling wine (this is only available on the Platinum Hens Package), as well as lots of soft drink options, but we need to know prior to have the bar stocked accordingly.

Yes, Silver Spirit has a sound system you can connect your device to via AUX cord (Silver Spirit has all the relevant adapters for iPhones etc and wireless chargers). This plays the music throughout the boat.

Silver Spirit does not allow DJs on board.

Yes, all ages are welcome on board. Anyone under 18 must have a responsible adult present and cannot consume alcohol.

Silver Spirit does not allow high heels on board. Flats, thongs, runners etc are ok. Otherwise, you can just take off the shoes and go barefoot.

The beauty of Sydney Harbour is that it offers a variety of sheltered bays where you can escape from the weather. We only consider cancelling or rescheduling a cruise if the weather conditions pose any safety risks. Our boats are designed with plenty of cozy indoor spaces. While we hope for endless sunny days, we can’t promise perfect weather every time and we won’t reschedule if it is raining.

In the very unlikely event the Master deems the weather unsafe on the day, (this has happened once is 10 years) you will be able to reschedule your cruise. You can find our complete terms and conditions by clicking here.

Silver Spirit has a Photo Booth and karaoke machine onboard should you need some extra inside activities.

Decorations are allowed with consent, provided no damage occurs to the vessel when installing or removing these items. We recommend that you keep decorative items simple and conservative. Confetti, glitter, flower petals, tinsel, crepe/tissue paper or other items that will shed, run colour or create excess mess are not allowed.

There is no pre-access to the boat before your cruise. Alternatively, we can supply decorations, and they will be set up and ready for your boarding. View decoration options here.

Yes, You must make sure they have a valid NSW RSA if you want them to serve drinks. Or we can organise them for you. Check out our guys here.

Yes. But remember, they won’t be on board for the duration of the cruise. We will need to arrange additional pick up and drop-offs. The times need to be an hour before the end of the cruise. Eg a 6-9pm cruise time, the performance must be at 8pm.
We can use Hollys Wharf at Pirrama Park wharf, which is free of charge.
You will need to cover the additional wharf stops at $50 per stop for any other wharves including King St Wharf.

The Platinum Package cruises start and finish at King Street Wharf in Darling Harbour. King Street Wharf is opposite Jordans Seafood Restaurant and Cargo Bar on Lime St. Your exact wharf number will be sent in your booking confirmation.

Unfortunately not, the Platinum Package can only pick up and drop off from Darling Harbour.

Swimming is available during daytime cruises. Let the crew know you want to swim on the day and we can advise of the most suitable areas depending on the day. Remember; swimming is at the discretion of the captain and for daytime cruises only. We do not provide towels.

We will do our best! Let us know of any dietary requirements at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of your cruise. We will endeavour to accommodate any dietary requirements but we can’t guarantee that all requests made will be accommodated.

Unfortunately, no. Our Platinum Hens Package is set for 3 hours with set times for our 3 bookings during the day.

No, Silver Spirit is a licensed venue and does not permit bringing your own drinks.

Substantial catering is included in your package. There is no option to remove this. You are welcome to bring additional food items, such as snacks/platters to add to the menus or sweet treats or cakes for desserts.

A host is included within the package. They are there to serve drinks, set up the catering and ensure your cruise is smooth sailing. You cannot pour drinks yourself.

Yes. Only your pick up and drop off at a city location are included within the package price. Any additional wharf stops during the cruise incur a $50 charge. Please let us know if you are planning on this and we can advise of times.

We start with a scenic cruise of the harbour, including under the bridge and Opera House. We need to stop to cook your food. We will advise of suitable locations depending on the groups’ preferences for views versus a calm bay. When we are preparing the food, this is a perfect time to play some games etc.
We will continue cruising or enjoy the anchor spot after food.

The photo booth is connected via a screen for you to take photos. The images are emailed to the organiser via Dropbox post-cruise. There are basic props, and signs available to use. You are welcome to bring more. We do not print out the images. This is a free service that is included with Silver Spirit. More info can be viewed here.

Yes, there is a TV screen onboard that we can connect to via USB. This can play PowerPoint files, AVI, and MP4 files. If you just have images, keep them as a Jpeg file, and we can play them as a slideshow.
